The Wire Brush Electrode meets many different requirements and applications, especially for coated surfaces that have uneven surfaces or tight corners such as pipe weld joints, flanges, fittings, bolts, etc..

This soft versatile electrode is also perfect for inspecting smooth-coated pipes, tanks, rail cars, concrete structures, and just about any conductive substrate with a non-conductive coating.

• Available in 4” through 48” widths.
• Flat Brush Style Electrode
• Soft, small individual Stainless-Steel wires make up the brush but will not harm the coating.
• Recommended for use on structures with odd shapes or angles, to keep intimate contact with the coating surface.
• Works with High Voltage Models APS, AP/W, and HD-AC
